Reconsider admission decision--Harvard College

I recently got rejected from Harvard; I didn't mind, until I found out that someone sent a letter in my name to the admissions office. The letter was in first person, so it looked like I wrote it. I think that the letter got me rejected, because it was pretty bad. (Although it wasn't written with bad intentions.)
I contacted a person from the office, and she keeps on telling me "No, we can't reevaluate applications." I was just wondering if any one has ideas of what I can still do to get my application reevaluated. I was thinking of asking her to talk to the dean about it? Do you think that's a good idea? Does any of you know the email of the Dean?

If so, go to Yale.
If not, and you really think that the letter is the reason you were turned down, you might as well wait a year and reapply to Harvard next year. Though if you didn't get into Yale, chances are the letter is not the reason you got rejected from Harvard. |

If I wait one year, will they think I'm a transfer? Also, does anyone know the email of the Dean Fitzsimmons?

(No transfers, No early acceptance.. its getting snobby again!)
NYU is a dream school that you will not regret going to. |

And do you have any proof of these letters? They only add things to your file sent by your Guidance Counselor or your original application. Anything else is extraneous and they don't even know how to evaluate it. |

Also, does anyone know the email address of Dean Fitzsimmons?

Nothing will get your application re-evaluated unless you can prove that your school committed perjury. Even then, they would simply deny you for another reason. Move on and learn from this.
