Whats the minimum age for analysts? I know the average age for analysts is around 22 since they're college graduates, but what about younger college graduates?

There is none. Graduating in 3 years is not particularly uncommon for motivated students, and motivated students are fairly well represented at employers like ibanks. However the bigger issue is that most people get internships in the summer of their 3rd year which then leads to a good enough resume to get hired as a fulltime hire; ibanking internship hiring notwithstanding.

no age limit right now, but like David Stern and the NBA, they are trying to put an age limit in place. You must be 4 years removed from high school to join an Ibank as a analyst

Don Barzini is 19 and finished college in 1.5 years.

Subject: what?

"financial consulting" usually refers to retail stock brokerage, a profession i could never see don barzini working in.

i'm also assuming it's not IT consulting. if you know the answer, why not just say it?

Epic is headquartered outside of Madison Wisconsin and over half of their employees went to UW-Madison so that is where I would bet he went.
