We are pleased to announce that, beginning with the 2010 database, we will be integrating more closely with Xoxohth, which will include sharing user databases with the site. The 2009 database is frozen util the move is complete. No new entries may be added and no existing entries may be edited or deleted in the interim. The 2010 database should be operation before the end of the August.
does this mean that anyone who signs up for a stats profile will also have an xoxohth account? |

This year, we got just over 1000 users despite the new email confirmation for registration system, and the total gag order at CC. The site spreads through word of mouth anyway, and I have no reason to believe registration will drop because we're on the same server as xo. We aren't losing any ability to 'advertise' at CC that we previously had; we always had none. |
