1. Predicted Roberts would save Obamacare in 2011. Predicted what his reasoning would be too, even though it was an argument the Solicitor General never raised.
2. Predicted Kilmar Abrego-Garcia was getting put on a flight back to America. I don't care if I was off by a few weeks, you all know I never lost faith that he'd come back to the USA. God damn.
3. Predicted the outcome of pretty much every goddamn "conviction" of any high level official that never went to a sentencing hearing. I saw Flynn lawyers duck out at the sentencing hearing. I saw it happen with Hunter Biden trying to cop dat plea deal with no jail. I saw New York hit dat cancel on Trump's sentencing hearing for over a year I think until I lost track. You bitches never think about what goes down at a sentencing hearing that's why you gay
4. I don't even know man, when the fuck was I ever wrong? The only time I recall being wrong was when Trump won at the 9th Circus on some National Guard deployment. I didn't realize lawyers for the state of California were even worse than Bondi's DOJ on that one. That still happens sometimes.
5. I didn't think Bovino would get rescued by the 7th Circuit because DOJ put up no defense until the last minute. However I can see Easterbrook putting his thumb on the scale for Bovino. Even if he did something dirty and unfair, like physically threatened another judge in the parking garage, I bet Easterbrook did it. |
