I can't recite everything word for word but it includes things you never hear in movies like "secure the peace, as quickly as possible, on our terms." We let a US Army general run Japan and South Korea after the war. No CIA telling him what to do. No "State Department." When you just put the Army in charge, it turns out everything just works.
