and from what i saw of the trial, her legal team was utter trash. others have pointed this out, but cappelman was leading the shit out of many of her witnesses. how were they not objecting to that? the closing was trash too. It would be fascinating to know how much Harvey knew about the murder-for-hire plot and when he found out. I have to think he eventually knew something. But at the bare minimum, there isn't enough evidence to convict him in court. And I think there is a very strong possibility that either he didn't know about the plot or he only found out about it years afterward.

He certainly knew something at some point. Presumably he watched Charlie's trial. Afterward, he decided to flea to Vietnam rather than turn in his wife. But the bump conversations strongly imply that he didn't know about the plot at least at the time of the bump, which implies that he was most likely not part of the original murder conspiracy.
