BUT NO MORE! Wendy's is done. Today's "burgers" have little in common with yesterday's. They are soggy, low grade, flavorless yet sweet, garbage made with garbage ingredients. For shame! |

one thing about fast food is that it is insanely salty. if you eat it fairly often you don't notice it, but if you never normally get it, it's kind of overwhelming. i'm not sure how "unhealthy" fast food even is, other than the absurd amount of salt in it. that can't be good for you |

i read a year or two ago about how the high salt levels in fast food force your body to retain more water to keep the salt levels in your body at the same dilution as normal, and this makes you appear bloated in the face for a couple days. i tested it and i did notice it. then you have to piss extra afterwards to get rid of all the extra water
it just seems like that can't be good for you |
