If I could give this law office zero stars, I would, DO NOT EVER GO WITH THEM!!!! They'll tell you that they're only gonna take 30% from your bodily injury, that's a damn lie they'll make you go to these useless appointments to rack up the bills, so if you are awarded 15 K from the other insurance, you're only gonna get 5K, and they don't help you with property damage. They screw you over. If the other insurance is saying you're at fault when you are 100% not at fault this wonderful attorney is gonna accept the bodily injury while the other insurance is saying you're at fault so you can't take them to small claims court they'll also tell you not to fix your car for six months so you have to spend over $5000 an Uber then randomly one day tell you oh you can just fix it on your own. This is a disgusting company that prays on people who are extremely stressed out. I would not recommend this law office to my worst enemy I'm telling you run far away. Do not go with them. Michael is literally the worst attorney ever and each time you try to talk to him he gaslight you and it's extremely rude. Might as well have done this on my own or gone to an attorney that actually cares because this one for sure doesn't. |
