We have an answer!
"I am no airline industry financial analyst, but it seems to me that the leisure travelers and those who always hop on the lowest fare come and go. The highest value customers for any airline are going to be the elites. This is for the simple reason that they are flying at a minimum 25,000 miles/year with a specific airline and or their alliance partners. Granted many are flying hundreds of thousands of miles/year, but even the lowly silver elite racking up 25,000 EQM’s/year is doing a good deal more flying than your average passenger.
It logically follows that if these elites are your core customers and the ones that bring you steady and fairly substantial streams of revenue, it would be in your best interest to keep them happy, keep them loyal and keep them from defecting to another airline/alliance."

The argument above is vulnerable to which of the following criticisms:
1. It fails to consider the possibility that some elites prefer to save money by flying economy class

he went to fordham law, right? class of like 2009?
average accepted seems to be about 162 for the 2003-2015 cycle (yes its bunched in that range): https://fordham.lawschoolnumbers.com/stats/2223
however, one can assume (1) that RSF was decidedly *below* average and that (2) daddy used all his connections to get RSF in - and as a high powered lawyer he had many of them. because if Daddy could have gotten him into a better school (NYU, Columbia), he would have - he couldn't, though.
as such, my educated guess is he scored a 152.

yet your poast stresses that his dad pulled a lot of weight getting him into fucking fordham?
rsf started at a very prestgious firm. he's a reasonably smart guy. i'm not saying he's a genius but ljl at your obsessing over him and pulling his blogs from 15 years ago to stunt on him
i would pay so much fucking money to see what some of you dorks look like and have you take an timed LSAT. this seems like so much insecure projection. let's not forget that YOU have a fucking SHIT PURE SHIT blog in 2025.

I would guess 168 or 169, but bad GPA from not taking UG seriously. That would've made him an attractive splitter to Fordham but not Columbia or NYU.
I'm assuming his mindset was Manhattan or bust, so missing Columbia and NYU meant Fordham (not Penn or UVa or Georgetown or whatever)
