IIRC the scales correctly, consanguinity coefficient runs 0-1, and Charles is something like 0.25. IIRC the average for royals in general is like 0.07 and anything about .13 puts you in the danger zone. Charles' problem is that his parents were cousins.
BTW Diana was distantly related to Charles, though distant enough to make her safe, but Camilla and Charles are cousins.
