Jim all the way. He's hugely successful in the NFL as a coach, won the championship in college, and he played 13 years, made a pro bowl, made an AFC Championship, etc
This would be a much more compelling question if Jim wasn't arguably an equally successful (if not more)coach.

NFL ring is a lot harder since there's so much parity in the NFL.
In CFB, if you are at an elite program you get a bunch of 4* and 5*s and start with 9 wins.

Considering it's confirmed that Michigan cheated and that winning a Super Bowl is much harder, John wouldn't trade unless we're considering Jim's playing career.
I say this as a fan of the Chargers.
I think John would trade personalities with Jim in a heartbeat though.
