Consideration #1: Race. Race should match the race of your kid. (Unless you're black, in which case you're better off going for a White babysitter). Race mixing with childcare is a TERRIBLE IDEA.
Consideration #2: Phenotype / attractiveness. Ugly people are evil. Attractive people are virtuous. Not very complicated.
Consideration #3: Age. Younger the better. Under no circumstances go above 40. If so, you will likely end up with a workers comp claim or otherwise getting scammed via same fake CSLG shit. Many babysitters babysitting over 40 are just looking for marks -- they make a living off of workers comp claims and PI lawsuits every few years.
Consideration #4: Price. |
