Try googling this and you’ll get reddit threads about how “AAA games have large budgets, immense teams, it’s crazy,” which doesn’t answer the question. The Pareto principle is at play, they almost certainly have large teams with the necessary 160 IQ autists spread thin af. |

They always bounce around, especially after a project concludes and they don’t feel like making the Same Game again. After you finish making Skyrim what do you wanna do — keep busting your ass to make Todd look good, or start your own Studio and make an Indie Title that Redditors will praise? Basically it’s a failure of leadership on Todd’s part. He couldn’t retain and/or inspire the devs he had and probably replaced them with shitty ones. The Microsoft acquisition probably forces them to use idiot HR Women which screws up their hiring pipeline. Im just speculating really.
