Date: June 25th, 2022 2:30 PM Author: stimulating background story I think HIMARS is the most respected/feared US weapons system. The F-22 is great, but it never actually gets used in combat. You can tell how stoked the Ukrainians are to have HIMARS, and you can also tell it's in the Russians' heads big time. Russians love to talk down our weaponry, but it's hard to say much about a rocket with an 80 km range and a 5 meter miss radius.
Plus, it's good for morale/propaganda, since it provides for high quality video of destroyed targets like the ones above. |
