SHOULD I APPLY TO THIS MED SCHOOL?

Date: September 4th, 2010 2:09 PM Author: Passionate Slap-happy Property It is one of the schools where i was interviewed and rejected last year. the interview was with the dean of admissions. which is the main reason that i feel getting rejected means i shouldnt bother reapplying. some people told me to reapply there because they say you need to apply everywhere to max your chances. but they dont know it was with the dean. the reason that i even care about that rejection is that the school has some hot ugrad bitches. it probably has the hottest ugrad student body that has a med school attached. so if i were to reapply i would have to rewrite an essay on the topic "why do u want to go to the school?", it was terrible last year. and i would of course prepare for an interview much better.
but i dont want to waste $100 and all that effort if they will again invite me for an interview just so they could reject me yet again.. |

"what else?" -hm aaaah hm, he should be knowledgeable. thats even though almost every medical school has "empathy, compassion, integrity, blabla". then gave a scenario where u either lie to a patient or you dont. i said i would lie and he rolled his eyes.
i mean if it were somebody else they wouldnt remember. but the dean might have blacklisted me. |

p.s. i think saying "you were nervous" is not a good excuse. because he will proceed with "were you nervous at every interview last year?" "do you know that you are supposed to be sharp in this profession?" basically on the question "why were you rejected last year?" this answer doesn't do the job. |
