Do they ever let a 6th year stay on another year as an associate and be reconsidered? 3. Seems like while NEP status technically covers years 7-10, there are tons of NEPs are who in their 11-13 years; true/false? 4. What is NEP compensation like? Is there still a rising base salary? Heard that base is around 280-320k depending on class year but bonuses are *highly* discretionary. Pre-ITE, anything from 50k to 300k; now probably half those numbers
Anyhow, congrats if not flame. Your odds of getting equity in 4-7 years is probably better than 10% |
