To get an interview, you bid them highly on your list. All T14 schools (I believe) use a lottery system where your credentials don't matter at all with respect to getting a job.
To get a callback and/or offer, think better than top 5% of the class at almost any of those schools. At some (NYU springs to mind) W&C doesn't even really hire. At others (H, V, Y, G) it will be slightly easier because they expect to recruit several students.
It's a small (relatively speaking) law firm with a very small summer class and an unfathomably large number of interested students.
