ics need to be better integrated into the outline for the board preparation session. The products liability risks we discussed with the audit committee last week should be clearly separated from the securities litigation risks that Mike briefed everyone on on Tuesday. All of this also needs to be vetted with Latham and Cleary contacts before we turn the next version of the deck. I suspect we'll be able to get those calls arranged Friday evening which should give us the weekend to make the turn, and I'm going to propose to the Committee that we schedule a Sunday evening preparation session, probably for two hours. Please get me your next version of the outline by tomorrow morning so we can keep this moving.
