In one instance cited in the lawsuit, the executive allegedly made a sexually suggestive comment after physical contact, which marked the beginning of a pattern of behaviour.
When the junior employee declined her advances, she was accused of responding with threats, including statements like, “If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you… never forget, I f**king own you."
The lawsuit also details several instances of alleged racial abuse. The complainant claims he was subjected to derogatory and offensive remarks, including statements such as, “Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy," and “You’re gonna need to earn it, my little Arab boy toy."
On another occasion, the executive allegedly showed up at his residence uninvited and pressured him into sexual activity, linking compliance to his professional future. The complainant states he repeatedly resisted, at one point pleading, “Don’t make me do this," while also alleging that his distress was ignored.
He further claims that during another encounter, he said, “I’m very uncomfortable, please, Lorna, please, I’m begging you," but was met with ridicule. Additional threats cited in the lawsuit include warnings that his career would be sabotaged if he did not comply with her demands.
