Main hero is a 14yo kid who was a "pioneer" but end up joining the gang. Movie very popular because throughout the movie he keeps hitting on female cop who threatens to take him to child abuse services because his mom cannot take care of him. In 1 episode he beat up a fat kid because he saw that the female cop was watching to try to prevent fights at high-school "discotheque". Then he went to a night club where the cops bf performed as a musician and this 5'5 musician dressed like a faggot American beat him up. He then told his gangsters and they went as a group of 20 and beat musician half to death.
