Brother i mean this genuinely. that looks absolutely perfect. a nice crust, with a thin layer of fat on top and the meat is a consistent medium rare throughout. it shows a very close attention to detail on your part managing the temperature and cook time.

Dude, I’m sorry, I’m just a poor suburban dad trying to backyard warrior my way to the Promised Land on a black backyard model Weber Kettle Grill. I’ve got a a charcoal chimney and I cut and dry sticks and logs from a couple of Water Oak trees in my yard.

Also, as mentioned, I had never even fired up a grill before two years ago. This is my first and only grill. I just use thermometers and buy good meat let time and heat work its magic.

go buy a slab of maple for cutting. but if you insist on plastic aesthestics, this line of cutting boards is made of compressed paper and is an excellent compromise to avoid microplastics. maha.
