Preamble

We the People of the United States, in order to express our views on matters of identity and culture, establish Virtue, ensure symbolic Tranquility, provide for the trending Defense of values, promote the general Sentiment, and secure the Blessings of Discourse to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article I – The Legislative Branch

Section 1.

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. It shall deliberate freely on matters of taxation, spending, banking, trade, war, and regulation without reference to the preferences of the populace.

Section 2.

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, according to districts drawn by the Members themselves, such that the Will of the People is regularly expressed but rarely heeded. Said elections shall serve as a periodic endorsement of the status quo.

Section 3.

The Senate shall be composed of two Senators from each State, serving six-year terms, chosen by popular vote, though insulated by scale, incumbency, and donor networks. The Senate shall confirm appointments, ratify treaties, and act with solemn disregard for transient opinion.

Section 4.

Congress shall, from time to time, solicit public input on matters of public expression, marriage, education standards, flags, anthems, and the naming of months. On all other matters, including but not limited to the budget, surveillance, industrial policy, and entitlements, Congress shall act independently of sentiment.

Section 5.

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for unruly candor, and, with a two-thirds vote, expel those who become too sincerely representative.

Article II – The Executive Branch

Section 1.

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States. The President shall be elected every four Years, and shall be the candidate who best combines height, vigor, and rhetorical familiarity. The Election shall be conducted through means designed to simulate popular involvement.

Section 2.

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, the Bureaucracy, and the General Narrative. He shall have Power to issue Orders during declared or undeclared Crises, to interpret Laws expansively, and to sign Statements expressing moral clarity on cultural issues.

Section 3.

The President shall from time to time address the Nation, with emphasis on Unity and Listening. He shall propose Budgets written by Others, and shall oversee the Execution of Laws written in collaboration with interested parties.

Section 4.

The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office only for high Crimes committed while out of favor.

Article III – The Judicial Branch

Section 1.

The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and such inferior Courts as Congress may ordain. Judges shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, as determined by partisan alignment and social media discretion.

Section 2.

The Courts shall interpret Laws, invalidate referenda, and arbitrate the bounds of Speech and Conscience. On matters of public morals, they shall be attentive. On matters of corporate structure, labor, or campaign finance, they shall be final and remote.

Section 3.

Trial of all Crimes, except those committed within the apparatus itself, shall be by Jury, drawn from Citizens who post online about jury duty.

Article IV – The States and the People

Section 1.

Each State shall honor the public expressions and symbolic gestures of every other, so long as these do not impede commerce or contradict federal guidance.

Section 2.

Citizens of each State shall be entitled to participate in passionate debates regarding symbols, terminology, school library content, and the placement of statues, and may petition for recognition of grievances in cultural tone.

Section 3.

New States may be admitted by Congress, provided they contribute to electoral arithmetic favorable to the incumbents.

Section 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every State a Government responsive to social causes, and shall protect each against Invasion, Insurrection, and unauthorized ballot initiatives.

Article V – Amendment Process

Section 1.

Amendments may be proposed by two-thirds of both Houses of Congress or by a Convention called for by two-thirds of the States. Ratification requires three-fourths of the States, unless the matter concerns definitions of family or identity, in which case a viral campaign will suffice.

Article VI – Supremacy and Obligation

Section 1.

All Debts contracted and Promises made before the adoption of this Constitution shall be honored in theory, deferred in practice.

Section 2.

This Constitution, and the Laws made pursuant to it, shall be the Supreme Law of the Land. No State may interfere with the business of Business.

Section 3.

All Officers of the United States shall swear to uphold this Constitution, and to consult the People frequently, though not necessarily listen.

Article VII – Ratification

This Constitution shall be ratified by a majority of elites, experts, and institutional stakeholders convened in mutual understanding, with the People invited to celebrate its adoption on appropriate platforms.

Done in Convention by the Assembled Interests of the United States, in the Year of our Lord 2025, and in the Shadow of Great Concern
