proles are generally lower IQ, so they're going to have kids that are borderline retarded no matter what... some will dip "below the line" and will have all kinds of other ailments. most true proles (i.e. Appalachians like JD Vance, and Southerners like MTG) will have some inbreeding in the family history as well, which will lead to physical deformities and other ailments popping up.
OTOH, proles tend to have children younger, so even though most will be utter fucking retards, they are less likely to be autistic or have assburgers.
