Still mildly depressed, so my mood hasn't changed, but I've developed this intense sensitivity to light and sometimes sound. I have to keep my blinds shut most of the day and usually need to put on a sleeping mask in the middle of the afternoon because the light is unbearable.

Trash garbage psych meds don't do anything and then fuck you up when you come off.

light and sound sensitivity aren't common when stopping SSRIs afaik. probably a stress response that the SSRI was masking

IMO lithium should not be prescribed anymore or taken as a supplement because even a low dose can become toxic if you just sweat too much

any form of lithium should be avoided IMO. you need to get blood tests to make sure you're not at toxic levels even at lower doses

Well I never lost the ability to cum. Never heard of this happening, either. I thought SSRIs made your dick numb? I did not experience that, surprisingly.

it is all horseshit and they are literally flinging shit against a wall to see if something sticks, that is the state of their art, they can't articulate to you why they think anything works in the first place let alone decide with any scientific method what would be likely to work

I was taking 30 mg of Lexapro, which is above the recommended max of 20 mg. Didn't make a difference. Also I tried Effexor for a few months. No effect.

Getting off SSRIs was a picnic compared to getting off benzos. That was literal hell, the worst thing I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve experienced some really shitty things in my life
