then there are the clubs where you’d stick out teeing it up in long pants on a warm day but you better go change out of them in the locker room before going in the clubhouse. i don’t mind that either but i’d probably think it’s dumb if i were a new golfer
as for pros shorts usually look funny but it doesn’t matter and we’d get used to it if the tour/majors allowed it |

and yes golf wiggers were really something. most were regular mc/umc kids that happened to like rap and dressing a certain way. but then there were really scummy guys who despite being decent players in HS golf never teed it up at summer junior tournaments because they were too busy working for their uncle's construction company or whatever. they went to high schools that everyone would joke about. idk how those doods ever took up golf let alone be scratch or close |
