my belief is that the age of aquarius, which we are transitioning into, comes with it a new god image: from christ as crucified to *humanity* as crucified between opposite energies (good and evil, matter and spirit, love and hatred, greed and asceticism, short term versus long term, light and darkness, conscious vs unconscious, persona vs shadow, masculine vs feminine, etc). our goal as humans is to intermediate between these energies which in turn enriches the fullness of God (who in this era will be seen as representing all good *and all evil*, which is horrifying) |
