these are pretty good. i had to ask AI about the equations when they came up. i'd just screenshot them and it can explain them and what each part of the equation represents/does
in general i've spent a lot of time directly asking AI specific questions for clarification. like if i'm watching a youtube lecture or reading a paper and i get to something that i don't fully understand i just immediately ask AI and it almost always explains it shockingly well
if you actually want to learn about how LLMs work you should ask an LLM to put together a study plan for you. that's what i did. i didn't bother learning the math though because i don't think it's necessary to conceptually understand any part of the process as long as you're smart enough to know what questions to ask the LLM to clarify things
