defended some shitty 3rd party depo in LA today, and had nothing else to do last night. so, i took uber from DTLA on the firm, and bought the cheapest seats in far left field in the nosebleeds. snuck into really nice seats (basically the first row of the upper deck, smack behind home plate); nobody was watching, it's a mid-april game mid-week vs. a ttt team.

it was a pretty good game:

- ichiro pinch hit and got his 2943rd, tying frank robinson. (there was some old nip dude near me, and he literally got up and left after the ichiro inning. he prob came just to see if ichiro got in the game. kinda cute.)

- kershaw fanned 10 in 7 innings

- stanton hit a massive go-ahead 3 run HR to center off kershaw in the 6th, which silenced the fuck out of dodgerfags.

- game was 6-3, but tying run got to the plate in the bottom of the ninth.

- JEW craig breslow pitched 1.2 scoreless innings in relief

other observations:

- dodger stadium is FULL OF BEANERS. literally everyone there is a fucking beaner. CA clearly is done here.

- i noticed they dont even sell beer in the aisles. i guess you have to go get it. wonder if that's a safety issue after the brian stowe thing.

- TONS of "security." basically a bunch of boomer white dudes standing around wearing uniforms looking like they're doing something. i dont know what they really could do.

- near me were three ortho jewdoods wearing kippahs. they brought matzah as snacks. i'm sure they did the same thing as me -- bought the cheapest seats and snuck over to the better seats.

- right next to me were two literal neckbeards in their late 20s / early 30s. they were friends, but didnt say a word to each other the entire time and each played on their phones the entire time. the guy sitting next to me was literally reading reddit half the time. not flame.

- around me was mostly fat beaners, some families with 50 kids (one was having their kids watch cartoons on a tablet device). others were groups of female beaner friends, taking selfies the whole time. i wanted to tell them that they're ugly and not to bother.

- dodger fans are faggots. the park literally cleared out after the 7th inning.

As far as I know they have never sold beer in the aisles at Dodger or Angel Stadium, maybe a legal thing in CA, not sure.

Getting out of the parking lot is a traffic nightmare that can take up to an hour if crowded. That's why people leave early.

Smoke a fuckton of ganj, down some alc in the lot, show up in the 2nd inning, eat all the munchies you want and stay for another 30 min after the game to wait for traffic to blow over.

Dugout club followed by suites is the only way I brave traffic to go to dodger stadium. Also would never pay $10 for a dodger dog.
