Riptide, sneaker waves, etc. I’m not a good enough swimmer and that would be the end of me.
Snakes. I have stepped on non-venomous ones more than once - just by luck they weren’t rattlers. They’re so easy to miss. I often hike alone.
Falling off my MTB and breaking lots of things. I don’t ride that hard anymore, but there are plenty of dudes in their 40s/50s who get messed up for months from one bad fall.

anything claustrophobic
that's really it, honestly. not gonna be doing any caving or cave diving anytime soon.

2. Stonefish attack
3. Midgies (really should be #1)

having centipedes or other stinging insects shoved into the mouth and nose. a centipede crawled into my mouth and bit my tongue at night when i was younger, and i reflexively chewed it up and it was really gross.
i tried to brush it off and be nonchalant about the whole thing, but it rattled me.
second is lighting, because that shit is loud. and you're probably not getting struck right away with no warning; you're going to see and hear it chasing you down before the final blow.
third is venom generally, because my tongue was swollen and weird for nearly two days after the centipede got me. and centipedes are mild.
