Date: July 19th, 2025 4:11 PM Author: Hairraiser meetinghouse macaca i need to get my life in order before i start tapering. it took 4 mg to stop near-daily panic attacks. i'm currently being overworked, and i'm at risk of getting laid off in September (will know for sure in a month or so). apparently i'm not good at managing stress and constantly feel tense and on edge, even on nights and weekends. i have a stress eating problem. when i'm really stressed i become very sensitive to light and sound and have to put on a sleeping mask and put in earplugs for at least half an hour. stress eating has made me overweight, and now i have health anxiety.
tldr: should be an easy taper |

Worst I ever had was out for 6hours in Estonia. And they put in their discharge papers "alcohol coma but we suspect he had some other drugs because he was out for too long".
