Pilot Custom 823 with a medium nib for $300ish
Pilot e95s for $160ish if you don't want to spend double. Get this one with a fine nib as it has a shitty ink capacity which precludes a wet medium nib.
Esterbrook Estie Quirky Leaf if you want something with a 70s vibe.
