Doesn't he realize that all of the upcoming products he keeps talking about are really just bullshit smoke and mirrors, and at the end of the day he'll never successfully roll any of them out on a large scale, and then eventually everyone will catch on and just dump this shitty stonk and then he'll have ended up working really hard for years and years without any big payoff at the end to justify all of that hard work?

I don't understand... you guys obviously have this whole situation totally figured out, so can one of you ELI5 why he would ever agree to this sort of incentive structure? It just doesn't make any sense, IMO.
