Then after that they get a medallion for life. If you're a parent currently paying for your kids' medallions, you get free entry as their chaperone to all the parks. To purchase a Medallion as an adult, it's $250,000 adjusted for inflation. You have to pay all at once too. No installment plans. This will help raise money for the national parks and it will help keep BOOMERS/OLDS and parentless wandering adventure types OUT.
