If you go to reddit.com on a mobile browser, you can't see shit, it tells you to install the app
You can still use old.reddit.com on mobile but it's a shit interface
The internet sucks so bad now, wtf

I saw some usage statistics a while back
The breakdown between app, mobile web, "New" Reddit, and old.reddit.com was far from what I would have suspected. Tons of app users, only a tiny amount of old.reddit.com users
How did people get so bad at tech stuff?

Are you on android?
Only thing I’ve noticed lately is it’s hard to filter best/controversial within the thread on desktop sometimes.

Well I can't screenshot what I'm seeing because it's in a private tab.
But if I load reddit.com in a private tab in Firefox on Android, I can't do anything, it just tells me to get the app.
If I set Firefox to load the desktop site, that still works. And going to old.reddit.com still works. But both of those are fairly shitty ways of using Reddit on a phone.
I guess it's minor. But it's a bad omen of what they're planning to do to the site.
