Do you remember the “taxi medallion crisis” a few years ago? Welfare-sucking immigrants were buying up all the NYC taxi medallions and getting obliterated by Jewish loan sharks. Immigrants would borrow a million dollars backed by the taxi medallions and use it to purchase the medallion. Then they’d fail make enough money to cover the costs and the medallion would get repossessed. When it was discovered, the NYT crowd all pretended like the immigrants were the victims, rather than all the native who knew the value of the dollar who got pushed out of the taxi industry.

About 4 years ago, I remember having a talk with a wholly-under qualified DEI hire from Baruch who told me she was quitting ibanking to go to law school because her illegal immigrant parents were facing deportation. Her dad was a janitor and I have no idea what her mom did, but they owned their own home in Queens and got onto ICE’s radar by buying a second home and renting it out to someone who they got into a disagreement with. |
