For some reason it's always super easy to tell. Do cops wash their cars twice a week or something? The civilian prolemobiles always look either shabby af, or the occasional one that is meticulous af looking and driven by an old.

cops have to clean their shit. also, the ones sold are usually older models that are decommissioned with like 250K miles on them. cop cars are really only used a few years and then upgraded to keep them cop budgets high.

Like I am confident enough of which ones are proles that I don't think for a second that they're cops. Even a few years ago when they were more common as cop cars. Nowadays it's like 80/20 proles:cops practically.

Seeing more SUVs than anything. Unibody FWD/AWD Explorers. They don't need the ruggedness of a separate frame/chassis like proles always say. Like literally the only reason they don't drive Korean subcompacts is just, "because."

i assume cops buy american because of some deals between the unions. yeah i meant for cars but yeah plenty of new explorers which are overpriced $35-40K and of course huge ass yukons/tahoes that are closer to $75K.

I mean there are no Korean cars that are "specced out" with Lights and Bars and shit. I'm just saying they don't want to drive something that makes them look like fags and the taxpayers have to pay the price.

it's because they want to look like cops. why put spotlights and bumpers on a korean car that cops don't use?

Why were boomers buying Cars called “crown victoria” and “cutlass supreme” and “grand marquis?” What was this ever meant to evoke? Being a pre-WWI grenadier with a Sabre as part of his uniform? Is this what was considered Cool on the 70s?

Why did some 90s/00s dads get random big cars like these? You’d think they’d get a Blazer or something.

SUVs weren't as popular back in the 90s IIRC. My dad cared about having a "Smooth Ride" which the Crown Victoria Excelled at. I grew up in Proleville so naturally my dad drove Long Distances for work. Much better to do that in a Crown Vic than a bumpy SUV IMO. He also wanted a large trunk and used to joke that he had a "Jimmy Hoffa" trunk in the Crown Vic.
