Date: November 18th, 2025 7:22 PM Author: coral harsh boltzmann salted butter is objectively better tasting than unsalted but not suitable for baking, which is the only reason unsalted exists, you don't want to be spreading butter on toast then salt it, just wouldn't taste right that said I just buy unsalted because the only thing I ever spread it on is cornbread and in cooking you're right, you can just add salt |
