They just figured "old plumbing, increasing claims and labor costs and fires throughout the country". In Miami I actually have a natural sandbar 50yards from shore that makes it 3-4ft deep so keeps sharks out. I often hang out on that sandbar at sunset when it's low tide just 2ft deep.
