Christopher Scholtes was listed as dead by the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s office Wednesday, according to ABC 15.

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - In a new development, Christopher Scholtes, who pleaded guilty to the murder of his 2-year-old daughter Parker Scholtes, is now facing a lawsuit from his oldest daughter. Scholtes is set to be taken into custody Wednesday, following his guilty plea two weeks ago. The plea deal, which avoids a trial, ensures Scholtes will not serve more than 30 years in prison, though he has not been sentenced yet.
