quartered, salt, dusting of flaked oregano
the size and proportions are the important part though
the campari cultivar is the best in show (for raw snacking) so far. "mortgage lifter" was excellent in flavor and wall texture but unwieldy, too wet, and a bit too fleshy

"grape" tomato is far too sweet and mucousy although the seeds in those have a pleasant texture. "cherry" similar although rather than being too sweet it has a very off umami flavor that pales in comparison to the similar yet superior savoriness of the campari
beefsteak/untitled/generic large "vine" tomatoes all riddled with issues. a tomato with noticeable pith is pretty gross and should be relegated to the saucepot
beefsteak tomato probably fine for sandwiches where the tomato is mostly about texture rather than flavor but this "mortgage lifter" tomato does the same thing while being superior in every metric
