If Trump wasn't absolutely over the top pro-Israel on the campaign trail, how much more effective would the Nazi attack angle have been? And what would those powerful entities have done to oppose him? It remains to be seen how much of an America first populist he really is, but you can't survive as a politician by being a 100% transparent idealist, you have to get elected. |
