Date: August 30th, 2025 9:25 AM Author: Todd Snyder ((zurich is stained)) he's at (((fisher phillips))), which is actually bottom of the barrel when it comes to the L&E firms. i don't understand why he's at an L&E firm because his practice doesn't necessarily line up. he must have carved out a niche where he focuses on employment-related issues related to data breaches.
i did a case for him just before i left BH. the DC police dept had a big data breach and their union filed a grievance over it, and i handled that for them. he was a nice guy, never figured he'd be a jeff bezos-like dude with an "alive girl." glad he's happy but LJL at this all around.
he went from BH to nixon peabody to fisher phillips in the course of 3 years. kinda bizarre. |

edit, my bad ur in dallas. wtf, i had no idea BH added a second texas office. they had like 12 offices when i joined and 14 when i left. they're up to 18 now. that's kind of a TTT marker. |

they woke up in the late 80s and decided they wanted to run with the big boys. they have failed. i enjoyed my time there and i have regrets about leaving sometimes, but they barely qualify as biglaw. they pay market to first years in the major markets, but comp after that sucks ass. they should have just embraced being a REGIONAL POWERHOUSE with outposts in ny/dc/la but that's not what they did. |
