JUST IN: Trump admin agrees not to repaint or powerwash Eisenhower Executive Office Building through Dec. 31, allowing judge more time to consider lawsuit opposing repainting plan. Doc:

Its pretty much literally in the Constitution that judges decide federal building maintenance, Trumpkins.

Do these judges not understand the president is the only one with rights? he also holds legal title to the White House. he can paint it in rainbow colors or spray paint swastikas on it if he wants. he can even sell it and keep the profits.

Reminder: Judges have the constitutional authority to decide everything. Every minute detail of anything in America is a decision that rests with a judge. It's either in the commerce clause, or 14th Amendment maybe, or something else, but whatever it's in there. And judges get to decide everything because judges decided that they get to decide everything. See Marbury v. Madison.

In this case I believe the judge is interpreting and applying historic preservation laws passed by Congress
