Date: October 8th, 2025 3:12 PM Author: canary roast beef corn cake Basically worked from home since Covid, but I used to have to trot my white ass out to court occasionally. Changed my practice area and now Im full-bore WFH with no court, no reason to leave home.
I move from my bed to the kitchen where I make coffee, to a room off the living room where I have SCREEN.
I screen till lunch, walk back to kitchen, eat, back to screen. At like 5 or 6 I abandon screen, and go to gym. Home to eat next to kitchen. Maybe screen, maybe page, then sleep.
People appear occasionally in the form of family members moving through rooms, or a mail man around 2PM
I kind of was ha-ha-Im-going-crazy about this whole thing for a few years, but now Im legitimately insane.
The most apparent solutions - go eat lunch at a "restaurant", or rent a "shared office space" or something - legitimately just feel like throwing away money.
