1. CDMX is safe, peaceful. Not loud.
2. Many more food options.
3. There are stores open 24 hours in CDMX, but Medellin basically shuts down at dark due to history of crime.
4. Locals in Medellin are dumber than those in CDMX.
5. More family and outdoor things to do in CDMX (likely due to less crime).
6. Better internet in CDMX.
I dont get it why so many Americans come to Medellin. Yes some big butt hookers, but lol @ flying here for that.

Mexico City is a different beast—a powerhouse for international education. Here’s why:
There are 28 international schools in Mexico City, offering curricula such as IB (17 schools), British (10), American (9), and more.
Tuition: Substantially higher in Mexico City; annual fees can range from USD 9,800 up to USD 45,000 depending on the school

what city in mexico does this describe? It's the city the other Mexicans used to keep tabs on the Aztecs. Elevation let them see long distances
ChatGPT said:
The city you’re describing is Tlaxcala.
Here’s why:
The Tlaxcalans were longtime rivals of the Aztecs and never conquered by them.
Tlaxcala’s location in the highlands east of the Valley of Mexico gave it strategic elevation and visibility. From there, they could keep an eye on the movements of the Mexica (Aztecs) in Tenochtitlán.
When Hernán Cortés arrived, Tlaxcala allied with the Spaniards—precisely because they had long monitored and resisted Aztec power.
So the elevated city that “other Mexicans used to keep tabs on the Aztecs” was Tlaxcala.
Do you want me to sketch a quick map showing how Tlaxcala’s elevated position relates to Tenochtitlán and the Valley of Mexico?

Job is hectic AF and likely can’t take extended vacation this holiday.
Would it be worth it to just take family down to CDMX and work from there for a month or so as like a “working” vacation? Have never done this, is it usually worth the trip
