Extremely preferential hiring for entry level jobs for literally every possible reason
-Complying with EEO laws that don't exist irl but Compliance feels right even when the headcount is already female af
-low skill ceiling so they never threaten the existing management, ever, from that perspective
-boomer management always want to have Churn by design, Women flake and quit randomly plus get married/pregnant sometimes. this allowed them to pay $50k in 2000 and $50k in 2019 as if Time and Inflation didn't exist. More recently idk I've been out of the Labor Market for a while haha
-lets people pat themselves on the back and be Inspirational while their submarines implode.
-Allowed Gen X to be Skipped; boomers replaced by millennial Women
-nobody understands or cares about Knock-on Effects
btw even as prole wages have risen and gas station employees make like $24/hr somehow it seems like white collar work aside from Elite Engineering shit has become utterly worthless economically in people's eyes because it's so Womanly. Before the Computer Nerd market crashed, reddit zoomers were getting like 299k starting nbd. Discuss.
