The biggest problem with establishment Christianity in general, other than Dostoevsky's masterful critique of it in the Grand Inquisitor sub-story of Brothers Karamazov that people use it as a crutch because they fear the void and personal responsibility, is that it puts the Jewish God at the heart of it's belief system.
