Stayed at Park Hyatt earlier this summer in a suite. Very nice but for the money I thought it was on the smaller side and the hotel amenities were sort of whatever. Weird cramped hotel layout. AZNs in Gucci t-shirts everywhere. But good location for Broadway. For Broadway, you might also compare the Luxury Collection (formerly the Conrad) ... I haven't stayed there but colleagues like it. Also the St Regis and Ritz were awesome 15 years ago but haven't been recently.
