Best argument I've seen for no tax on tips is that now that everyone pays with CC they have to report every penny vs. cash days where you could report the minimum and pocket the rest.
Best argument against it is that those checkout tablets that try to get you to tip 20% that everyone hates are going to actually be everywhere. |

I am an ally of the working person, but I will be lowering my tips by 2% in protest (18% for adequate service and 20% for exceptional service). |
