Middle East is a big area and most of it isn't worth visiting.
Dubai is worth going to for 2-3 days, and then you could spent another 2-3 days in Fujairah or Khorfakkan. Oman is nice and I highly recommend.
I have zero desire to go to Israel, Egypt, or Saudi.

there are interesting historical sites to see in the parts that border the Mediterranean.
but the weather, the people, and the human environment are awful.

not really since there's plenty of low income housing in the us teeming with retarded mahoomabad sandniggers
why blow thousands on a vacation for something you could do with a few gallons of gas
